Our goal is to maximize the satisfaction of our CUSTOMERS. If, upon receipt, you find that you are dissatisfied with its color, size or visual appearance, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

  2. STEP: bring the filled-in form together with the item to the shopping center "Sjuzanna" in Rēzekne, or send it by post to SIA "Aruna", Dārzu iela 29, Rēzekne, Latvia LV-4601

It is also possible to make a return application online in the CUSTOMER PROFILE in the "My Purchases" section or in the e-mail of the order placed by clicking on "Follow the order".

Return of goods is only possible if the product retains its appearance, consumption characteristics, its original packaging and labeling. When returning and / or returning the item, you must also attach the original proof of purchase - check or invoice.Note! Confirmation of purchase in your e-mail is not considered as proof of purchase by which you can return the product.

Expenses related to the return of goods shall be paid by the CUSTOMER. You can return the product in person by delivering it to the shopping center "Sjuzanna" in Dārzu street 29, Rēzekne, Latvia LV-4601.

Funds for the returned goods shall be credited to the CUSTOMER`s bank account within 14 days from the moment of confirmation of the return of the goods, depending on the CLIENT's bank policy, but not later than 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods in SIA Aruna warehouse.


In the return form it is possible to choose 1 of 4 return types:

1. Exchange for another product

2. Receive a gift code for purchases in the e-shop, the amount of which is equal to the returned value of the product.

3. Exchange the product for a Gift Card for purchases at T / C “Sjuzanna” Dārzu Street 29, Rēzekne, the amount of which is equal to the returned value of the product.

4. Return the funds

As soon as the returned product is accepted in our warehouse, the process of executing your chosen return option will begin.


Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act of 18 March 1999, the consumer is entitled to complain about the lack of conformity of the product within 2 years from the date of purchase.

The claim period for the item is 2 years, during which time, if it turns out that the clothing has been defective by the manufacturers, we will take care to remedy it.

Claims do not apply to:


  • Outer garment decoration elements.
  • If clothing is used improperly for its intended purpose or weather, or is mechanically damaged.
  • If the clothing is physically worn during natural use.
